Really buggy

I did not even start playing when it said "If you think this is a game it is not... ac ac an organ is now sleeping on your HOUSE!!" I am 10 and I am done

Been playing for a while still am level 1 but the community is good. You dont need to spend money. If you dont have data it will be tricky. I dont have data!

This is hands down my favorite mobile game, but the intro splash screen takes waaaaay too long to load. For a game about hacking and mobility, a hanging splash screen is a real bummer in the user experience.

Was a lot of fun playing ingress while I waited for Pokémon Go. I checked it out again recently and it brought back good memories.

Played the game for four months as a Resistance agent. Meet some nice players on both sides, but unfortunately meet more competitive jerks on both teams as well. Heres my final experience playing Ingress: Took six Enlightened portals in ten minutes walking down street next to town hall and park. Suddenly, a cop pulls up next to me and says he got a report of a man with my description trespassing in the park (Its closed during Winter) doing suspicious activities on his phone. Cop doesnt see any snow tracks in the park, and drives off calling it a false report. Later, a friendly Enlightened agent sent me screenshots of one of their Enlightened agents confessing to calling 911 on me to deter me from playing the game and hopefully get arrested. It was the same agent I took the portals from. I emailed them to the local police. They took care of the situation, and advised me to not play Ingress anymore to avoid the Enlightened agent. I lied to my friends by saying I dont have the data to play the game anymore to prevent this whole "he said, she said" argument between factions (happens weekly, btw). If you dont want to put up with local drama and getting the police called on you for no reason, dont play this game.

Been playing this game for a couple years now, its incredibly fun and addicting. I love the concept of the game and the teamwork required.

This games needs more item storage. 2k items is not nearly enough. Makes it hard to play and encourages cheaters. Fix it.

The app/game does not start at all!!! I downloaded it and as soon as i click on it it will crash out! Please fix it!! As long as it is like this one star is more than what it needs!! -_-

This is an awesome game! Ive been playing for about 6 months after being introduced to the game by a friend. The people that play this game are committed and that makes it fun. Most people have been playing for months or even years. Warning though...it is addicting and can take up some serious time. The social aspect is excellent and Ive met a lot of really nice people. Ive met some jerks as well but theyre on the other team so who cares? Personally, I like Ingress better than Pokémon Go. If you decide to play Ingress make sure you hook up with players with experience. Its a huge help.

Every minute or so the sound will cut out for a second or two and sound like a scratched record or skipping CD. It is extremely jarring and annoying like nails on a chalkboard. It happens on both speaker and Bluetooth, and it effects other apps you have running such as music or podcasts, or just the game if that is all thats open. What is really frustrating is that you can turn all the game sounds off and it will still make other app sounds glitch. Happens almost every time you open a new key or click an action button. Even happens when listening to music while driving and you just have the app open collecting XM and not interacting at all. Its been over 6 months with this issue and no signs of a fix, so Im pretty sure the developers are abandoning this game. I disabled all the game sounds months ago because they were constantly scratching, and it makes no sense why the game still interferes with other app sounds. I thought Apple had a rule against apps that break other apps.

The latest update said they fixed apple notifications, they sure did. They removed them altogether so you have no clue that your opponents are taking your portals two states away. Recharging is also a ridiculously tedious process sunscreen it delays up to 10 seconds but taking the XM. Which is obviously not going to help save a portal under attack. Maybe that is way they "fixed" the notifications so you cant even try to recharge. Frustrating

Good to great idea for a game,, but it seems that for the most part Niantec doesnt care that so many players spoof and "scrape servers"(whatever that is) and hunt GPs withe little to no skill at all. Plus, all of the BIG players around seem to have at least 3 backup accounts just for gear storage and whatnot. Ban all the cheaters and the game should be pretty cool.

The game is very addicting, awesome to play with friends and meet new people around the world. However, if Niantic expects my money, they need to improve the spoof detection and pay more attention in this problem.

So much more than just a game... join the enlightened!!!!

Maybe youll listen to negative reviews here since you dont pay attn to the waves of hate your getting in the Pokémon go reviews. We need more Pokémon in the game. Theres literally nothing to do in the game anymore if youre one of the players that has been playing since day 1. Not to mention the one piece of new content you gave us was extremely limited. Like how did you screw up baby Pokémon that bad? You cant even catch them in the wild!? Literally the most ignorant idea Ive ever heard of. You can ignore this review if you want but just know that there are many other players like me that feel the same way and have spent a lot of money on your game. I havent spent a cent on it ever since you introduced the speed ban on pokestops and ruined the game, and I used to spend 25$+ a week.

Cant update iPhone version. What the f??!

Have been playing for 2+ years, and love the teamwork and solo mission aspects of the game. Ive met a lot of amazing people at large anomalies, and local meet ups.

Addicted since 2014, please keep it going, I need ingress because I dont have a life. XM has infected my brain.
